　　Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen,

　　Before the speech, I would like to share a famous experiment with you. Two big mice were put into one vessel which was filled with water. They began to struggle when they were aware of danger. But finally their lives just lasted 8 minutes. After that, another two joined the same experiment but this time a springboard was given to help them get out of water. Five days later, the two experienced big mice were put into the same experiment. A miracle came into being. Can you guess it? Without the spring board, they survived 24 minutes, three times as many as the first time.

　　Have you found the difference between the two groups? Just one thing is that the latter has owned a kind of spiritual strength ---hope.

　　People can lose many things except hope. One animal with hope is more respectable than one person with hopelessness. Therefore, everyone should be to hope in the life. We should have our goals, dreams, and beliefs together with the endless hope. Hope is light; hope is dawn; hope is the rising sun. Hope endows us with courage, confidence and power. Please think about the Red Army men and the last group of people rescued during earthquakes. Why can they adhere to the end? Because they believed in hope. It is hope that nurtures persistence; it is hope that creates miracles one by one.

　　Now, please look at this. What's this? I know all of you can give me a correct answer. Yes, it is a leaf. Have you ever thought more about it? Do you believe it can save a life? I am afraid most of you do not believe it. However, it really saved one young lady. The story happened in one of O.Henry's works. One patient was told that her disease was becoming more and more serious. So she lost heart to live. And she just lived commonly and hopelessly to await death together with a withered tree outside her window. Because she thought when the last leaf fell, her life would go to the end. But after a very long time, she found the last leaf was still green and fresh in the tree and she was also alive. Afterwards, she was told that the last leaf was just painted by a skilled painter on the window which was a gloss. At that time, she exceedingly regreted her foregone view.

　　So ladies and gentlemen, please give a leaf to yourselves. With a piece of leaf at hand, you will find life glows with glory; With a gleam of hope in mind, you will find everything goes with smoothness. To hope, to smooth away all the difficulties, to take every obstacle in stride. You are a shinning star. Thank you very much!

　　except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and it’s wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

　　My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

　　Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers，also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that I’ve got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

　　Dream, is a beacon of your life; dream, is your better vision; dream, is you ideal wings; and having dreams, you will have a future.

　　“Now, everybody was discussing the Chinese dream, I think, realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is the greatest dream of the Chinese nation since the modern time.the words are claimed by Xi Jinping. This is the general secretary of Xi jinping ?s Chinese dream. But as a contemporary college students, what is our Chinese dream? Can we dare to dream?

　　The answer is yes. We college students have no dare not dream, we not only need to bravely dream, but also hard to dream! As we all know, the highest honor of the nursing field is get the Nightingale prize. Each of years china had more or less people gotten this honor. Whenever I see the time that they wearing a silver medal and holding flowers standing on the podium to getting applause and glory, I couldn't help of imaging myself standing on the stage like them in future, that could be how glorious. This is my dream, my dream of Nightingales.

　　And I, a new era of college students, I am proud of my dream, proud of our motherland. When the dream into reality, in a era which let the youth realizing their ideal, I believe my dream will be realizing in the near future!

　　职专三年得到的不仅是一张文凭，更多的是应该是知识和能力的增长。作为一名职专毕业生，毕业也不仅仅是一条“谋职“路可走，同时还有考研、留学、但是你有没有想过创业呢？别以为自己两手空空，白手起家，其实资本就在你的脑袋里！职专毕业生，白手亦可起家！

　　创业是每一个职专毕业生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会、在实践中巩固知识；创业又是对每一位职专毕业生专业知识的一种检验，它让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，既开阔了视野，又增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础，也是我们走向工作岗位的第一步。

　　考虑创业已经很久了，看了关于这方面的资料已很多。对自己的将来已经有了很充分的打算。在中国，创业，有很多好的项目，可以说，任何一个小的在小的再不起眼的东西，如果真的干好了都会成功的。中国就是这样，地大物博，什么都充满着商机。我们看看，北京这么繁华的城市，做那些那买卖的都是外地人，比如擦皮鞋、买冰棍什么的，在北京本地人看，都是让人瞧不起的'，都是让别人看做是有点的东西，的买卖，但在他们眼里这确实自己崇高的事业，毕竟他们要某生，既然要生存就得拉下脸强忍着劲干。不排除机遇和运气，单就是他们自己的毅力和信念，都是他们以后成功最大的法宝了。然而后来，他们真的有成功的，这就是福，这就是当初他们不干人后，做出的抉择。这也就是中国市场之所大的最好的表现。蒙牛集团的老总牛根生，当初有什么，当初是如何起家的，非常的辛苦，穷孩子呀，50块钱被卖到城里，后来一步一步的开始了自己的人生打算。看每一个例子，无不体现着各个商机的存在。

　　中国人说：[塞翁失马，焉知非福]在每一个失败中都含有成功的因子，我相信从失败中学到的东西，要比成功中学到的东西多。

　　会计本来就是烦琐的工作。在学习期间，我曾觉得整天要对着那枯燥无味的账目和数字而心生烦闷、厌倦，以致于登账登得错漏百出。愈错愈烦，愈烦愈错，这只会导致“雪上加霜”。反之，只要你用心地做，反而会左右逢源。越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。梁启超说过：凡职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。因此，做账切忌：粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达成功的彼岸！

　　作为自身而言，处在这个与时俱进的经济大潮时代，作为一名财会专业的学员，在校学习期间应更好的学好财会专业里的专业知识，打好理论基础；在财务实习的时候按要求认真参与每一个实习的机会，总结实际操作中的经验和积累学习中自身的不足，密切关注和了解会计工作发展的最新动向，为以后即将从事的会计工作打下坚实的基础，当自己走出校园，成为一名名副其实的财会专业人才，在大浪淘沙中让自己能够找到自己屹立之地，让自己的所学为社会经济作出自己应有的贡献。

　　罗马并非一日建成，成功更非一蹴而就。为了自己，为了在毕业以后找到好的工作。我们是时候该充实自己，完善自己了。一起努力吧！只有全心奋斗，才有满心收获。
